RULES AND LIMITS
Proof of residency
You will have to unload your own vehicle, limited help available
two pickup truck loads limit
ACCEPTED MATERIAL
All household trash including but not limited to:
furniture, carpet TVs, computers, appliances large and small, mattress and box springs, toilets, sinks bathtubs
All construction material including but not limited to:
wallboard, plaster and lathe, wood shingles, concrete, empty dry paint cans
please keep construction separate from trash material
UNACCEPTED MATERIAL
leaves or brush, recyclables, household garbage, liquid paints, pesticides, insecticides, oil, gas, ammunition
METAL
any metal items or large appliances accepted, $10.00 fee for refrigerator, freezer and air conditioning units
propane tanks need to be kept separate upon unloading
TIRES
fees paid upon unloading

Small Claims Assessment Review forms may be obtained from the Oneida County Clerk's office. Petitions must be filed in the County Clerk's Office on or before July 31.
